    • Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, Gcash.
    • Failure to complete payment within the specified deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
  3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    • Cancellation by the Customer:
      Cancellation fees may apply depending on the travel service provider (e.g., airline, hotel, or tour operator).
      Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the supplier’s policies.
    • Cancellation by Us:
      If we need to cancel booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or an alternative travel option.
    • No Show Policy:
      Failure to show up for a booking without prior notice may result in forfeiture of payments made.
  4. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities
    • Travelers are responsible for obtaining necessary visas, passports, and health-related documents.
    • We are not liable for denied boarding, immigration issues, or other travel disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
    • Customers must ensure compliance with airline and destination-specific travel requirements, including health protocols.
  5. Travel Insurance
    We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    • We act as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
    • We are not liable for any losses, delays, injuries, accidents, or damages caused by third-party service providers.
    • We are not responsible for changes in flight schedules, natural disasters, government actions, or any other events beyond our control.
  7. Changes & Amendments
    • Changes to travel bookings (such as name corrections, rebookings, or itinerary modifications) are  subject to availability and additional fees.
